LG is already working on GD910 watch phone successor

Is already accustomed for manufacturers to refresh their product lineup once every year (or even faster for graphic card) so it comes at no surprise that LG said is currently working on GD910‘s successor, a new model that will probably come somewhere in 2010. LG said nothing about the price, an issue that many expressed with LG GD910, the first serious watch phone with a very ‘serious’ price north of 1000 $.

Unfortunately there’s not much to be said about LG GD910 II (or whatever it will be called). What’s interesting is that LG said is working on multiple models, so we might see this small niche getting bigger next year thanks to LG pushing sales up and creating demand for this limited use gadget (at least now). We hope that the second generation will prove more usable as for now watch phones are a mere fashion statement.
