Samsung S9110 is getting closer to stores

Samsung S9110 is the LG’s GD910 main competitor, and has a few advantages over the first serious watch phone in the world: a better price and smaller size, which in the case of a watch phone is a very important matter, as your hand will not be pleased carrying around all day a small brick on its wrist.

Samsung S9110 is said to launch in stores in December, just in time for shopping season at around 450 EURO free of contract (the LG GD 910 is more expensive even with a contract). That’s not cheap by any means, but it’s more affordable, and it you want a cool gadget that not many posess then the S9110 can be a valid choice.

Now, let’s see what Engadget Spain has to say about the Samsung S9110: it’s thin, but there’s place for a thinner model, the screen responds well to touch and the image quality is ok, the interface is fast and intuitive, speakers are pretty weak, so a Bluetooth headset is necessary. All I can say is that the Samsung S9110 raises the bar, not we’ll se what LG will do.
