Tokyo Flash Instant Trend receives Twitter and Facebook notifications

written by John Pope 1 Comment posted in News

Tokyo Flash is by far my favorite watch manufacturer because of their amazing designs and very affordable prices. The Instant Trend is their latest launched model, a high tech watch that gets paired with your cellphone via Bluetooth and brings you Facebook and Twitter status updates notifications. You can’t reply from the watch (yet), but it’s useful nonetheless.

For the other function, telling time, the Tokyo Flash Instant Trend has two modes, one basic that displays the info in a boring classic digital way and another more complicated style, which we’re accustomed to from Tokyo Flash, that needs an instruction manual. Believe me, you can’t tell time the complicated way without reading the instructions first.

Messages and status updates you receive and the time are displayed on a bright (presumably OLED) blue-on-black dot-matrix display, all set inside a modern black stainless steel body. Price and availability is still subject to further notice from Tokyo Flash. My question is what would they think ok? DVI to HDMI connectors, GPS, high res display?
